Recording Space

Arrow Point Studio is located just southeast of Kansas City, Missouri, USA in a little town called Greenwood. It is inside a log cabin on a 10 acre lot with a pond and a natural stream. We are all about having the right atmosphere to create your music. We pride ourselves on having a "home studio" feel with "pro studio" sound. We have an isolated tracking room that can easily fit individual instruments (small drum kit), or even multiple vocalists. We have a living room loft to relax when not in session, and of course, we have 10 beautiful acres with woods and a pond if you need a break from the indoors. If you are looking to find a place to song write, track demos, record your final project or anything in between, you found it. 

Session Artists

We are willing to collaborate with musicians and engineers from anywhere in the world. If you have a favorite musician that you would like to hire but can't afford to fly them here, we can certainly work with them to collaborate tracking from wherever they are, if possible. We are in the process of building our own network of professional studio artists that can be available to you as well! This is an exciting part of Arrow Point Studio that is a work in progress. Our goal is to be able to provide anyone with a beautiful talent in music the opportunity to produce something without the limitations of not having the resources to do so. We would certainly be happy to work with you on getting the right instrumentation for your songs. 

Gear Talk

Pro Tools 12 is a pretty standard software and the one you see in most high end studios. This is the software we run all our sessions on. With the rise in technology, having a pro sounding studio takes up much less space these days with all the software available for studios with the budget to obtain it. We are very proud to have some of the best quality software available to professional engineers and producers. From Slate Digital to Waves, we have a large collection of high end programs to make your song come to life.

Microphones

We have a collection of high end studio condenser microphones used to track anything from vocals to drums to amps. From brands AKG, Neumann and Slate we have a versatile collection.  

Instruments

If you are needing acoustic for your song, we have the following 3 different acoustics to choose from: Taylor 414ce, Collings OM1, Alvarez. Feel free to bring your own instruments as well. We currently do not have a drum set but have room for yours!
